About the Role
Scala, based in Sittard, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our customers across the EMEA region. As the market continues to grow, we are expanding our team to support both new and existing business. We are seeking a proactive professional who brings creative, out-of-the-box solutions while maintaining a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the central point of contact for the sales team, supporting quotes and orders.
• Provide and assist project support for EMEA teams out of our Sittard office.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders in our ERP system.
• Proactively contribute to improving workflows and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Services Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimized order fulfillment.
• Keep insight and overview on project cost vs revenue management.
• KPI management combined with customer success deliverables.
• Escalation management to peers or senior management.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a back-ground in project support, back office, or customer management.
• Proficient in working with Windows operating systems.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages including Dutch are not required but a plus.

• Able to position yourself as the communication link between the Sittard office and the international sales and project teams.
