As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth implementations, meeting deadlines, and exceeding customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and managing digital communication projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Coordinating installations and implementations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Identifying and resolving risks and bottlenecks within projects.
  • Ensuring efficient communication between all involved parties.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.
  • Understanding basic revenue models and P&L; meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual project budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Creating, delivering, and managing project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring project documents (such as scope of work, tender documents for suppliers, use cases, user acceptance criteria, action lists, meeting minutes, resource planning, and other relevant documents) are complete, up to date, and properly stored/submitted in the international database.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level (HBO/WO), preferably in project management, ICT, or multimedia.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital signage or AV industry.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and German.
