We are looking for a highly skilled operational excellence specialist to act as the bridge between the DACH team and the wider Scala organization. In this role, you will be the driving force, acting from the office in Sittard, The Netherlands – which is an appr 30 minutes’ drive from Aachen in Germany. You ensure seamless collaboration across departments, enabling the DACH team to move forward efficiently with their projects, business development activities and sales cycles. Your ability to connect, communicate and coordinate will be key to unlocking operational excellence.
You will work across multiple functions — mainly professional services, logistics, procurement, inside sales and project support — always with a customer-centric mindset. By ensuring smooth workflows and proactive problem-solving, you will help the DACH team focus on what they do best: delivering outstanding results. Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between the DACH team and departments in areas such as logistics, professional services, inside sales, procurement, customer service, and support.
- Optimize operational workflows by ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support project execution by maintaining status updates, managing documentation and ensuring contract renewals.
- Assist in quoting, evaluating and procurement to streamline service delivery.
- Ensure quality assurance and data integrity within ERP and field service tools.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and drive solutions to improve project and business operations.

Requirements
- Background in operations, project coordination or business support in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
- Experience in project/budget management and cross-functional team collaboration, ideally in an international setting.
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English (intermediate to advanced).
