As a Support Services Analyst, you'll join our support department and be the first in line to tackle new issues. Our support team is all about ensuring top-notch service quality and jumping in proactively when problems arise.

As primary responsibilities you will:
- Ensure each ticket is resolved or escalated appropriately (if necessary).
- Make use of internal and external tools to resolve issues reported by customers and regularly communicate progress with our customers.
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders to manage work stock
- We're open 24/7, this means there will be night and weekend shifts
- Location: Sittard
Qualifications & Skills
- At least a completed MBO 4 diploma
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good communicator.
- Solid multitasker.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
